    Being With Me

Just being with me is what matters most and gives your life its deepest meaning.
I will speak to you and guide you each day as to what is best for you to do.
Without me your life would be like an empty shell.
With me your life will be full to the brim.
When you were young I filled your life with a lot of activity.
As you grow older I want you to just rest more in my presence.
I want to fill your day and your life with my joyful peace.
As long as you are simply with me your life is full even though you may not feel it is.
Just quietly be with me today.

    Fr Tony Ashcroft
